Can I get a discount?
Generally no, discounts are already factored into the price for SKUSavvy. We do however look at case by case basis for stores that are primarily POS orders and have given a discount here but you will be discounted after the total orders is calculated.

Are there any other costs?
Nope, the only ongoing fees for SKUSavvy is your normal monthly billing. You do not need a ShipStation account to use SKUSavvy since we create one and pay for this on your account automatically.

Does SKUSavvy raise prices?
Very rarely. Through our time in market SKUSavvy has only raised prices one time. We do our best to deliver the best value for money in the WMS space and are cognizant of keeping your costs low to operate your store. If we do raise prices you will have at least a 30 day notice beforehand.

How long is the trial?
SKUSavvy offers a 30-day free trial during which you will not be charged.
Full platform access during the 30 days
You will be charged on the 30th day if you have a card on file
Cancel before 30 days to avoid any charges
You will not be locked out after day 30
Are shipping label costs included with pricing?
Carrier postage is separate; SKUSavvy covers the platform.
